When can I download my ordered site plans?

Depending on the payment method the ordered site plans are available immediately after payment (PayPal , Amazon Payments , Sofortüberweisung) or once the amount is credited to our account (bank transfer). Furthermore, we provide the plans even with the payment method transfer immediately available when we have received a screenshot or scan of the remittance slip. Please note that it is still not guaranteed that the plan is available immediately, as it can take some time until one of our staff has processed your request and unlocks the plan.
