Information pursuant to § 5 of the German Digital Services Act (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz, DDG). This legal notice applies to schwarzplan.eu including the online shop, as well as to the social media profiles listed below.

Provider

The provider named above is the owner of the business and the contracting party for all orders placed through this online shop. The business is a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen); it is not entered in the commercial register.

Responsible for content

Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission discontinued its Online Dispute Resolution platform on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228). We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (§ 7 (1) DDG). We are not, however, obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity (§§ 8–10 DDG). Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; liability in this respect only arises from the point at which a specific infringement becomes known. Where we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content without delay.
