Accessibility statement
As of: 9. October 2026
We want schwarzplan.eu to be usable by everyone, including with a screen reader, keyboard or magnification. Our benchmark is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
Compliance status
This website is partially accessible. We last checked the homepage, city pages, cadastral map and checkout on 9 October 2026, both automatically and by hand with a keyboard.
What is already in place
- Pages declare their language and use a clear heading structure
- Images have text alternatives
- Form fields in search and checkout are labelled
- The cadastral map works with a keyboard: search for an address or parcel, choose a result with the arrow keys, pan the map with the arrow keys and zoom with plus and minus; Enter selects the parcel under the crosshair in the centre of the map
- Ordering works without a customer account and without time limits
Known limitations
- Some small grey text, such as format details and secondary information, does not meet the required colour contrast. We are working on it.
- The cadastral map shows boundaries and parcels graphically. It is only partly usable with a screen reader. The parcel sheet also states area, boundary lengths and angles as text.
- The plans themselves (PDF, DXF, DWG, SVG) are graphical technical data and by their nature cannot be made accessible.
Report a barrier
If you come across a barrier or need content in another format, write to support@schwarzplan.eu. We usually reply within two working days.
Enforcement
The authority responsible for enforcing the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) is the Marktüberwachungsstelle der Länder für die Barrierefreiheit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen (MLBF) in Magdeburg, Germany.
