Cadastral map Bavaria
View parcel boundaries in Bavaria online: enter an address and zoom in closely. The map shows boundaries and buildings from the official ALKIS parcel map, free and without sign-up.
Unlike the other states, Bavaria does not release parcel numbers as open data. Parcels can therefore not be selected here or ordered as a parcel sheet. Where to find the parcel number is explained below the map.

Step by step
Find your parcel number in Bavaria
-
01
Find the plot in the map above and check its boundaries: shape, neighbouring parcels, position of buildings.
-
02
For the parcel number, open the same address in the BayernAtlas of the surveying administration and zoom in closely. The numbers appear on the map there. BayernAtlas ↗
-
03
Without a map: the parcel number is in the land register extract (inventory section), the property tax assessment and the notarised purchase contract.
Bavaria has no Flur level. A plot is identified by Gemarkung and parcel number (Flurnummer), for example “Gemarkung Schwabing, Flurnummer 412/3”. The number after the slash appears when a parcel has been split.
Official extract
When you need the official extract
For a building application, boundary dispute, plot division or notary appointment only the official extract from the land cadastre counts. In Bavaria it is issued by the local Office for Digitisation, Broadband and Surveying. This map does not replace it; it is for orientation.
What may be built on a plot in Bavaria is not in the cadastral map but in the municipal development plan (Bebauungsplan). View the Bebauungsplan online — portals for all 16 federal states
